    After having some trouble with misinformation and long waits at the Telus store I am happy to say that they did an excellent job fixing the issue. The service I received was promt and definetly made up for any issues I had before. They have taken steps to rectify the original problem with Telus headquarters and I am happy to continue using this Telus branch in the future!

    Drove an hour into town on Sunday to go to your store and it was closed. Your web site says you are open Sunday from 11-4. Not very happy!

    I received great service and am happy with my decision to change from Rogers to Telus. I would feel very comfortable going to this store for service and advice. Matthew is great to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful.

    These girls are fabulous... Leslie helped me switch phones..organized my plan..changed everything over and gave me a "how to"...i left the store feeling confident and I'm very happy with my new phone. This experience would not have been nearly as easy without her :)

    I just dropped in on a whim to check out new Samsung phones, walked out upgraded, no change in monthly cost, and a snazzy UAG case. Matthew was great to deal with. Been with Telus for 5 years now, no issues.
