    Every class I have been to has been great! I love going and I always get a great workout! And the best part is that it is always different too! My favourite classes are definitely Barre and Trx but I've been to bootcamp, pound and spin classes as well and they're all fantastic!

    This studio is everything anyone seeking their fittest self could ask for!!! The classes always a challenge (if that's what you want) and are never boring!!! From spin, to bootcamp, to barre...there is so much to work every muscle group! I absolutely love this place ❤

    Bright and open. Brand new equipment is a big plus! Instructors are fun and knowledgeable.
