  Very pushy, one older guy was rather rude. He was also pretty stuck up the last time we were in a few years ago acting like we weren't with his time. Managed to stitch to a different fellow this time, the bosses son to my knowledge. He's very young, acts like a teenager hipster guy, rather unprofessional. Prices are pretty high, refused to even meet the trade in value for our car that Kelowna Ford dealership had offered or come down in their price on a used car to even close to make it worth buying this car offer the other, even if the trade in want in the deal. Few years apart for these, several days for each scenario and they were dismal both times.
