The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them for a worry free vacation.

If you're going to sell an insurance policy you need to understand how it works! Customer's do not care if you understaffed and to be told "I'm sorry but I'm too busy to walk upstairs and find your file" is unacceptable, and the worst customer service I have received.

Called and spoke to manulife representative and was told right away that the letter I received was simply a disclosure letter.

I told her there was a time limit and I needed the information form "my file" right away. She still refused to do anything for me even though the amount was in the upwards of 400 dollars.

After cancelling a trip over a year ago (I purchased the cancellation insurance) I received a letter in the mail from Transit stating there was a time limit for me to claim the taxes back and it would be provided by the agent I booked with.

The agent I originally booked with is longer there. Spoke to a different agent on the phone and was told the only way she would be able to help me was to go upstairs (literally) and physically pull my file. She told me they were understaffed and she just didn't have time to do so.
