    Great service, nice people, greeted with a smile, would be nice if they let you use the phone at customer service when you have no change for the pay phone... Just saying..

    I have to say, Greyhounds service has been consistently good for me. The buses are clean and comfortable, and I have yet to have a driver that wasn't exceptionally friendly. Even when they're busy loading and unloading packages they're happy to answer questions and help you find your way.
