  room 416. Could have been a bit cleaner. Pool was too cold. Breakfast was great.

  Staff was very rude upon arrival, would not allow a third key for the room, would not allow a teenager with adult supervisor to use weight room, I have never come across this in all the years of staying in hotels. My credit card was already charged for the room before I even arrived, most hotels only test the card. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also had to make up one of the beds as the sheets were in the closet, and no comforter was supplied when asked the front desk about this the response as they don't make up the third bed as a rule, and they don't supply comforters and they were none available, all they could supply was 2 blankets, in November no less!. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Fridge as also turned off, to supposedly save money. They knew they had a hockey tournament coming and none of the rooms were prepared properly. 3 towels for the room for 3 days.

  Super friendly elder lady at the front desk who was very welcoming. The room was a good size, clean, nice bed and comfy. Pet friendly which is super convenient for pet owners and pets are welcomed with two milk bones which I thought was a nice gesture. Decent size pool and hot tub and very clean and well taken care of. Bacon, sausage and eggs and so much more, awesome breakfast they include in the room rate. Would recommend this for all pet owners as well as anyone staying in salmon arm.

  Good continental breakfast! Nice clean rooms good pool for kids. Staff are great very happy and helpful.
