  I have never written a review for a shopping experience until now. After many years of avoiding "The Brick" due to a bad experience (had a issue with a sofa purchased from them), I thought I would give them another shot. What a mistake!.

  Top notch customer service provided by Tania. I am so impressed. She really made our experience an easy and comfortable one. I highly recommend her as she is helpful, knowledgeable and knows how to make a customer happy!!!

  The gentlemen was extremely rude, condescending, and indifferent. I don't know if he is the owner, but the service I received today has officially put the nail in the coffin. I will never, ever step foot into another Brick store. Shop around folks, not only are the prices better elsewhere, the customer service certainly can't get any worse!

  The new store at Centenoka Mall is way better. There is way more to look at. I purchased a mattress set and they even disposed of my old set. Great shopping experience.

  If the store is closed on Sunday, it's a web error, let them know about it, don't give a crap rating. If there is a flaw in the item, don't give a crap rating, they did not build it and are not aware of the issue until they are informed. Again, from ALL my experiences, we have had nothing but polite, professional service that went WELL BEYOND what any buyer should expect. Go check out the new store, it's got a lot more stuff in it!

  Don't know where these negative reviews come from as Brad and Kathleen (hope I spelled that right) have been nothing but professional throughout all our purchases...at least 5 to date. Not only do they stand behind their product if there are any issues, they stand behind you until you are satisfied.
