  Not impressed at all with the service. Receptionist who booked my appt set it up for another client with the same name. Receptionist said I had a medical history on file but it needed to be updated and the hygienist said there was nothing in my file. I'm not comfortable discussing my medical history with someone who isn't a doctor, but the hygienist insisted she needed to know this to clean my teeth. I don't know the hygienist's name because she didn't bother introducing herself to me yet expected me to divulge my medical info to her. I had been a client for a number of years, my previous appt was disappointing in my getting a dentist who I hadn't dealt with and who didn't bother introducing himself. I also got a bill that I hadn't been advised wouldn't be covered by my plan, but figured I give it another go.

  Please save your money and time , After my initial appointment I was told I would be getting my tooth fixed. I booked a next appointment which was to be the start of repairing the tooth. Instead the plan had changed without letting me know ..
