  I purchased a pair of Merrill water sport sandals from Wearabouts. The sandals came apart after one week of use. (I love Merrill shoes and have a few pair) I returned the sandals to the store. I was informed that I would have to wait at least six weeks for a refund because wearabouts would have to return the sandals to the Merrill company, have the Merrill company inspect them to see if they were defective or not. Then they would make a decision as to whether or not I could get a refund. I was told that this was Merrills policy. I called Merrills' head office who told me that they have never had a policy like that, and would never have a policy like that. Merrill then called Wearabouts who returned my money immediately after informing me that Merrill had changed their policy, a policy they never had in the first place. These sandals were over 100.00 People wonder why we don't shop locally.

  I recently purchased a Neve 100% wool sweater from here, in October, and I am so disappointed in the way it has pilled so badly in just a few weeks. It already looks old and worn! I have not washed it yet as I have not had it for very long. I paid a lot for it and was so happy when I finally found a beautiful sweater, but I am not happy NOW! I would not buy another Neve sweater.
