  Our Ford 350 packed up on our camping trip from Alberta to BC. I was devastated because we had commitments back in Calgary that we were not able to deal with. John at First Klass was very understanding and they gave us a courtesy car for the two days we were delayed. They asked my husband what we use the truck for and when he said "towing", they told him they'd rebuild the transmission just for that. They were fast, and we didn't pay a penny more than we were quoted. They didn't even charge us for the car. We were so worried in Salmon Arm they'd have to "bring parts in" but they had everything and were so fast on a complete rebuild. We were very happy with them! Thank you

  Incredible service. Ran into a transmission problem on a road trip from Vancouver to Banff. They want above and beyond to diagnose the problem and get me on my way in just a couple of hours.

  Our car broke down just outside Sicamous, so we rolled it into the closest shop. The gentleman came out to take a look and listen to the engine - he figured it might be our neglecting to change the oil (my bad!) for too long, so he added some and didnt charge us for either his time or the diagnosis! A kind gesture from someone who had us at his mercy. Highly recommend, for the service alone. Thank you!

  We were on holidays from Alberta this last summer, and our Buick started to stutter on the highway. I was out there, on my own, with my three kids and was worried about driving the vehicle back to Alberta. I took the vehicle into First Klass Transmission where they ran a scan on the vehicle. Nothing major came up on the scan, but First Klass went above and beyond. I think everyone woman has heard stories about mechanics making a quick buck off women who do not know a lot about vehicles. First Klass charged me a very fair price for the scan, and I walked away feeling at ease.
